5. GOOGLE USER DATA (TREEHOUSE OPS)

Treehouse Ops is an internal operations application used only by authorized Treehouse Cannabis employees. It is not offered to customers. When an employee signs in with Google and grants permission, Treehouse Ops may access the following Google user data, limited to the scopes the employee approves:

• Basic account information: name, email address, and profile picture, used to identify the signed-in employee.
• Google Calendar: calendar events, used to view and manage store schedules, shifts, and events.
• Google Drive and Google Sheets: files and spreadsheets the employee selects or that belong to Treehouse operations, used to read and update operational documents such as reports, inventory, and schedules.
• Google Business Profile: business listing information and customer reviews for our store, used to keep our listing accurate and to read and respond to reviews.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads: reporting and performance data for Treehouse Cannabis properties and accounts, used to view website and marketing performance.

How we use it

Google user data is used only to provide the Treehouse Ops features the employee is actively using. We do not use Google user data for advertising, to build user profiles, or for any purpose unrelated to operating our business.

Storage and retention

Google user data is processed in real time and is not stored in our databases. Data is retrieved from Google when requested, displayed or updated, and then discarded. OAuth access tokens are held only as long as needed to maintain the signed-in session and are never shared.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to any third party. We do not share Google user data with advertisers, data brokers, or AI/machine learning providers, and we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Google user data may be disclosed only if required by law.

Revoking access and deletion

You can revoke Treehouse Ops' access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Because we do not store Google user data, revoking access ends all further access. You may also contact us using the details below to confirm that no data is retained.

Limited Use disclosure

Treehouse Ops' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
