Under New York State’s cannabis regulations, only licensed dispensaries can legally deliver cannabis products. This ensures that consumers receive safe, lab-tested products from reputable sources—not from unregulated or black-market operators.
At Treehouse Cannabis, we follow all OCM (Office of Cannabis Management) delivery guidelines, and we’re currently the only legal delivery provider in Rockland County. That means when you place an order with us, you’re getting compliant, safe, and reliable service—every time.
We’ve designed our delivery service to be as easy, fast, and friendly as possible. Whether you’re ordering for the first time or you’re a regular customer, here’s how it works:

✅ $5 delivery fee to Rockland (waived for orders over $150 in Rockland and Lower Westchester)

✅ You must present a valid ID upon delivery

Unfortunately, no. We only deliver within New York State, and cannot cross state lines.
