Our delivery service operates every Monday-Saturday from 12PM to 8PM and Sunday from 12PM to 6PM. You can order online 24 hours a day. 7 days a week but orders will only be processed and payment links will only be sent during our delivery hours.

To purchase adult-use cannabis products, you must be at least 21 years old. It's important to have your valid ID ready at the time of delivery, as this will be required to complete your order. For Credit and Debit Cards, you will be redirected to a payment page after checkout. All payments are processed by third party payment processors. Charges will apply

The Payment Processing Fees are as follows: DutchiePay (ACH): 3% per transaction, Credit Card: 5% + .18 cents per transaction, Debit Card: $4 per transaction. These fees are subject to change as we are constantly looking for the best possible rates for our customers.

Yes, the delivery minimum is $75.00.
Can orders be paid for at the time of delivery?
No, all orders must be pre paid prior to delivery.
Is there a delivery fee?
For Rockland County and Lower/Central Westchester there is a $5.00 delivery fee and Free delivery for orders $150+. For Orange County and North Westchester there is a $7.50 delivery fee for all orders.
Can I track my delivery order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link via text message when your order is out for delivery.
Can I designate someone else to accept my delivery?
Yes. But if the individual placing the order will not be the individual accepting the order, the individual placing the order must attest that the individual accepting the order is over 21 years of age and that the individual accepting the order must show valid identification.
Will I receive a receipt with my order?
Absolutely. You'll receive a detailed receipt at the time of delivery, including our dispensary information, product details, and the name of the delivery employee.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
Yes, we require ID verification and a signature from the customer for each order. Acceptable forms of ID include a valid government-issued ID, driver's license, passport, or military ID, all with a photograph and date of birth.
I`m from out of state. Can I order from Treehouse Cannabis?
We can only deliver within New York State due to regulatory restrictions. However, out-of-state visitors are welcome at our retail store in Nyack, New York.
